LiveWire Liverpool Health Trainer Service is looking for individuals to support the delivery of the Health Trainer programme across the city. You will be joining a passionate and energetic team supporting the residents of Liverpool to make positive lifestyle changes.

Administrator – LiveWire Liverpool Health Trainer programme

LiveWire Liverpool are seeking an Administrator to handle the day to day administration of referrals to the Health Trainer Service. Specifically, this role will support the Health and Wellbeing programme for which LiveWire has received a commission.

Working as part of the Health Trainer administration team, the successful candidate will be required to receive and contact clients by telephone in order to arrange appointments and from time to time, will be required to liaise with Stake Holders, Community Groups and GP practices.

Additional duties include managing the calendars of the Health Trainers who are delivering services to clients, and inputting and collating data using the DCRS.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a friendly team and the new projects that Health Trainers are working on across Liverpool

Experience of working in an administrative role previously is required as is excellent customer servicing skills, a friendly telephone manner and good attention to detail. An interest in healthy lifestyles would also be an advantage.

The hours of work are 25 hours per week to be worked over 5 days
