As Health Trainers it is important for us to have lots of training ourselves so that we can keep up to date with all the latest health and wellbeing information. We can help you develop a personal plan, identify and overcome barriers and provide ongoing encouragement and support.
We know what is on offer in the area and can put you in touch with local services, community groups, support and self-help groups and signpost you to our partners who can give you more information. If you find it difficult to get out and about we can also provide you with telephone support.
You can easily find us in many community locations across Liverpool where we deliver group sessions on a range of health topics.
If you prefer we can arrange private, confidential one-to-one support by spending up to an hour on our first initial contact. Then half hour review sessions over a twelve week period.
